Septolux nano paint is a high quality plastic paint with silver nanoparticles for internal use. It has the property of protecting against the growth of bacteria and mold on the paint film. It minimizes the possibility of an allergic reaction in people with allergy problems. It is a nanotechnology product with certified action against microbes by Industrial Microbiological Services Ltd Registered in England (IMSL) and according to the standard EN 71-3: 2013 for the non-migration of heavy metals from children’s toys and objects. Provides great coverage and resistance to frequent washing. It is ideal for places that require aseptic – hygienic conditions, such as hospitals, schools, food processing areas, etc…

Antiseptic nano

Antiseptic nano paint is a velvet water repolina with excellent adhesion, coverage and excellent finish. Contains silver nanoparticles and protects against the growth of bacteria and mold on the paint film. Minimizes the chance of allergic reaction to allergy-sensitive people. Why Paint with Septolux or Antiseptic?

They are completely natural without chemicals, almost odorless and kill bacteria, germs and mold.

Why choose a paint with silver nanoparticles?

They do not contain biocides such as common antimicrobial and antifungal paints. It is a natural shield against germs. It is completely safe for humans and the
environment. Silver nanoparticles remain in the film of paint without being inactivated providing protection from germs for many years.

Properties of silver nanoparticles:

Silver has been known since ancient times for its healing properties. Especially in the case that it is in the range of nanometers, it also presents a protective action, which with careful planning is provided selectively against
pathogenic microorganisms and bacteria, while being friendly to eukaryotic cells (eg human skin) and the
enviroment.

Where does the antibacterial action of silver come from?

Silver nanoparticles act as ion “storage”, releasing silver ions that cause bacteriolysis
through the invasion of proteins and / or the cell wall of bacteria.

Why nanoparticles and not ions?

Silver nanoparticles act as ion retention poles, thus providing a controlled and stable release of them, which significantly extends their activity against simple silver ions. Silver nanoparticles are also, from a chemical point of view, much more stable than
silver ions, which react with various substances and are inactivated immediately (eg by salts in water or even water vapor).

Why products with nanoparticles and not pharmaceuticals?

Unlike other active ingredients, silver nanoparticles do not favor the resistant mutation of pathogenic microorganisms.
