Diamond Liquid Glass Epoxy Resin
Diamond Liquid glass is a transparent, self-leveling, two-component epoxy resin, free of solvents or water.
It is suitable for creating decorative surfaces and objects of high aesthetic value, intended for display or use in indoor spaces.
It is applied by pouring onto horizontal surfaces, into suitably shaped small or large molds, as well as on floors, tables, and decorative effect coatings. It enables the encapsulation of colored aggregates, three-dimensional digital prints, photographs, optical fibers, and other decorative elements.
It can also be mixed with powdered pigments, such as iron oxides and pearls, as well as glitter.
After complete polymerization, it exhibits high resistance to solvents, acids, and other chemicals.
- Pour the entire quantity of Component B into Component A from a low height.
- Mix for 2–3 minutes, using a mechanical stirrer or low-speed drill at very low speed (up to 250 rpm), to avoid air entrapment.
- Ensure thorough mixing along the sides and bottom of the container, to achieve complete and proper homogenization of the mixture.
- Allow the mixture to rest for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- Pour the material from a low height onto the prepared substrate.
- A pouring thickness of 5–10 mm is recommended, to allow any trapped air bubbles to rise easily to the surface.
- If bubbles form immediately after pouring, remove them using a heat gun or torch.
- Working time for minor corrections is approximately 60 minutes. The information provided above is indicative and based on laboratory testing and practical experience.
