Monolux Hybrid Waterproofing roof paint

MONOLUX HYBRID is a ready-to-use hybrid, flexible, one-component waterproofing paint. It is based on the combination of special acrylic and polyurethane elastomer dispersions and it is suitable for the waterproofing and insulation of roofs, parapets, gutters, etc. It forms an elastic membrane resistant to water, permeable to water vapor, but impervious even to stagnant water. It maintains its elasticity even at very low temperatures, covers capillaries and bridges small cracks on the surface ensuring its tightness. MONOLUX HYBRID White is characterized by high whiteness and solar reflectivity thus improving the energy efficiency of the building as the temperature of the roof surface decreases.

Application Instructions

The surface must be stable, dry, clean, and free of substances that may affect the adhesion of the paint. Clean the surface of garbage, dust, oil, adhesive residue and loose materials such as unstable coatings of oil paints, plastic paints or plasters. Then prime with TETRADUR Water (50% dilution with water) or TETRADUR Solvent (50% dilution with solvent No804).

Apply two cross layers of MONOLUX HYBRID without dilution.

For application on waterproofed surfaces, in good condition, apply directly. The first layer with 30-40% dilution and the second crosswise without dilution.
